I am so sorry! I literally have not had one opportunity to check my email over the last 2 days, thus I just recieved your return email messages! First and foremost, I just want to tell you that I am completely blown away by the professionalism, competence and efficiency that you have displayed! Almost immediately you sent me a response to the letter I wrote, regarding my concerns over not receiving my Tracker System, (less than an hour later & I had not sent mine until after 10pm)! Then, you followed it up with another email the next day and again the next, yesterday! WOW! I'm in awe! Rarely, if ever, have I experienced such wonderful customer service from a online merchant, and I shop online ALOT (more than I should I'm sure! lol). Finally, I was so impressed that you didn't write a "not sure...see what I can do" letter, rather you gave me information and solutions to help rectify the situation! I cannot thank you enough!
