Tracking System Direct's one-year manufacturer's limited warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of product and is non-transferable.

GPS tracking systems that are damaged from water exposure are not covered under warranty.

GPS tracking systems that are lost are not covered under warranty.

Any issues or malfunctions of equipment must be resolved between customer and manufacturer. Manufacturer of GPS tracking products extends one-year warranty on all products.
